Welcome to our world of live fermented goodness! Our journey started years ago with a shared love for healthy, natural foods and a passion for the power of the gut microbiome.

I grew up surrounded by jars of ferments in my mum’s kitchen—she’s a chef, and her creations were always brimming with flavour. Frustrated by the lack of truly wholesome fermented foods in the market, we decided to bring our own creations to life—additive-free, full of flavour, and packed with goodness.

Together, we decided to turn our joint love for natural foods into a family business we truly believe in!
